INTRODUCTION:
Kim Lugli is a Parkhurst resident and for many years was the chair for the by laws and rezoning sub committee for the local Parkhurst Residents Association, and she was a honorary member. She has since resigned and has been in private practice for herself helping residents with their queries regarding council matters. In recognition of her years of service we have given Kim a platform on this site.
